I’ve noticed that different cell phones access signals better or worse than others. My new verizon samsung phone doesn’t pull in the signal as good as my old audiovox phone. Since I’m getting ready to dump verizon I’ll be able choose which I want.

I have a older model Razr with T-Mobile to go, but it seems like it’s sucking up minutes faster by counting the dial tones for calling people and etc. I was going to sign up for Amp’d mobile a while ago but I heard it got bankrupt and shut down.
My question is what prepaid service should I sign up for if I want to not only talk on the phone, but participate on the web and downloading games and ringtones? I want to be able to have an up to date model phone such as a Razr variant or etc, not some crappy ass basic model phone.
Note that I will only go prepaid since I don’t really talk on the phone for more than 5 minutes at a time and at a month, is a waste compared to paying around to every 2 months.

I have service through Sprint and am not sure if I should visit a Sprint store for help or can I make changes to the phone myself? I usually have to say "hello" two or three times before the caller can hear me and I’ve noticed that all incoming calls are having a delayed connection even after I press the answer key. It’s quite annoying and I’d love a quick fix. THANKS

I have a software company in Colorado. I sell spying software for consumers. I fired all my customer service employees since they did a poor job and I wanted to outsource my customer service support to another professional company. Can someone recommend a company who you worked before?
