I want to create a small virtual call center composed of employees working from home. I am looking for something that will allow me to set up multiple virtual numbers, and route those to employees home phone numbers. I do not need it to maintain a queue, if the employee is on the phone it can rollover to their personal voicemail. HOWEVER the catch is that I want to record all calls for quality purposes so that I can select and review them later as needed. Can someone point me in the right direction, because I have been having trouble finding one that will record calls.

How can you track private calls?

I recieved a call from a private caller. I missed the call, but they left a message. I think it was a prank from one of my friends, but i would like to know who it is. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

PLEASE HELP… i need to know if a person is lost or unconscious are the police able to track that person to help them? if they can do this… does a call need to be active? or just the phone switched on?
thank you.

The subject is clear :)

Thanks

A vendor called me I hung up then she kept on calling me I rejected her calls, she left me a message saying that she will send her products the next day and if I didn’t pay for them they will charge them to my home phone bill. Is that possible to charge them on my phone bill wothout my authoritization? How can I prevent that?

I run a small tutoring business and need a way to track leads, capture customer information and run analytics on my data. We also need to be able to track things like how many hours the student has used, the amount spent, total bill and what lead channel was used so we need to be able to customize fields and tables. I would prefer to have an online service (SoS) host this opposed to having to install but this is not a requirement. Also we are looking for something that can be easily implemented and supported.

Does anyone have any recommendations on a good solution? If you are speaking from experience it would be great if you can tell me how you used the application, the ease of use and the cost. We are a small shop (3 employees) so we are looking for something affordable but with great tools.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Can you use the normal phone line jack on the back of my VOiP phone as a normal phone line? I am using the ethernet line for my PBX.

Got a offer extended at a call center (Sitel). I am happy about this per I have been unable to find employment for a year. My last position was contract but I made 14.00 per hour. This position pays 9.00 an hour.

Question: Should I ask for more pay? I have 7 years customer service experience and a associates in business admin and a Bachelors in Mgmt and Organizational Development.

Problem:
The h.r. lady told me the position paid 9.00 per hour b4 she offered the interview. I told her that I was still interested because I needed a job.

Proper Action:
When I get the official letter, would it be improper to ask for more?

Would it be proper to say this, "I accept the position and thank-you for the offer, however, I have one question about the pay- the starting rate is 9.00 but i thought I would receive more compensation, for more experience". " I have 7 years customer service experience and a bachelors in Management"

Would this be improper to say? Please be honest – thanks…
I was extended the offer already (at the end of the interview and I accepted), I took the drug test and went through the back ground check… but you know, they usually send an official letter in the mail stating all the details (this is like the official offer on paper)…
