Can I hook up to web cams to my PC so that I can use them as a security and monitoring system?

I have one logetic cam hooked up in my business with recording time of 99 seconds set with motion. I like to be able to hook another one , is it possible?

You could hook up multiple cameras if you wanted to. Now days they have digital security cameras that are linked to an office computer and that computer is the one that is downloading what they are recordining.
you can hookup multiple webcams in usb.
there are softwares to use the webcam as a security camera and record the data on a remote location (so if your computer is stolen, the image of the thief is available)
