For some reason, I have been having problems with my check card today. I tried to order something for by phone and was told my card was declined. I am no where near my daily spending limit and have enough money in the bank. I called the bank and they said they didn’t understand why it was declined because funds were available so they blamed it on the vendors terminal. Well, I told the lady to try again and it worked. Well, I just got back from walmart and my card was declined again. The charge was small .75 and this is the only other thing I tried to charge today. I just ended up paying cash. The receipt said "payment declined – reason 05". What does that mean? My bank is closed until Monday so I guess I won’t be able to use my card until I find out the problem.

I don’t mean ebay, I need an actual vendor of the unlocked HTC Touch pro, and not the bs sprint or AT&T versions, the ones that cost 800$ is what I am looking for, so if anyone could direct me to a site that sells these phones with all included accessories, and the one that comes in the pyramid box, it would be greatly appreciated, like I said I need trustworthy =]

I’m trying to cut and paste the email addressses of about 500 contacts in order to start a free monthly tip. The list of addresses, without other information, needs to be sent to my ezine vendor. There’s probably a simple way to do this with excel, but I’m only semi-familiar with excel. Thanks for any suggestions – especially easy ones.

She is driving me nuts!!!!! Im trying to help her as much as i can but oh my gosh.
First off shes like a little sister to me and she doesnt have any family really so i feel kinda responsible for her. She 19 and getting married to a guy she barely knows..I have tried to talk to her about it but she smitten…its useless. She doesnt have a computer so she cant go online and look for wedding stuff.

Okay so shes dumped her planing on me which im not doing but I have went on line and wrote down a check list, vendors, phone numbers, questions to ask the vendors. Basicly filled a notebook with stuff she needs….NO THANK YOU

Im doing all these things for her and shes soooo ungrateful,and guilts me into doing things for her..saying stuff like how her fiance is overseas (army), or I HAVE to do it because im the MOH, or calls me 12am saying how she is sooooo stressed…SHE HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING FOR HER OWN WEDDING OTHER THEN PICK OUT A DRESS….NOTHING!!

Im at the point where I dont care if she plays the childish game of well if you dont do this im not going to be your friend any more. Yeah it would break my heart but i have my own life to live. How can I market my product when the vendor has granted the privilage of all outdoor selling activities to other distributer ?
I’ve just joined a new telecom distributer as a marketer, the problem is that when I tried to put my products in other stores like virgin and radio shake I knew that the outdoor selling is prohibited as there is an agreement between other competitor and the main vendor to have the right to sell outdoors while other distributers can not.
I need an idea to twist around the situation and to raise my sales target without violating the agreement.
Any suggestions?

This month, April 2008, I started receiving numerous calls from satellite tv vendors and debt consolidators. The calls are recordings requiring you to press "1" to talk to someone. I pressed "1" and immediately asked, "What company is this?"
and the person immediately disconnected the call. This happened twice. I have never signed up for any satellite tv related products nor any debt consolidation services. These calls are obviously scams, but how do you report, when they don’t give you a name and hang up before you can ask them anything else?
