How do businesses train & monitor staff to ensure good customer service?

I have it set up so I get certain statuses sent to my phone, &that I can update my status if I text to 32665.
I do have picture messaging, but I CANNOT use the web.
& I can’t email from my phone with picture messaging.
Am i able to send the picture to 32665 & it’ll upload or what?

I heard AT&T was trying to increase their network coverage productivity, and they wanted to put small cell phone towers inside of churches and peoples back yards.

I need to find the name & number of a business from 2004. I no longer have that phone book.

My mother’s vision & hearing are both going. She can still see & hear, just nowhere near as good as she used to. I’m trying to find a phone that will help her out. I found an "amplified" phone, so she’ll hear better on it & it has speed dial buttons where you can put photos, for easier calling. I also found a caller ID that talks. It tells the programmed NAME of the person calling (not just the #), the only thing is it doesn’t have a display. So then I found a LARGE disply caller ID. I’m not sure, but it would be nice if I could also program the name of the frequent people that call into it, since most people who call have their phones under other names. I want to make is EASY for mom to know whose calling. A combo of ALL of these into one would be great. Or at the talking caller ID w/jumbo screen. If it doesn’t exist, is it possible to have 2 caller ID’s hkd up 2 the same phone? Thanks!

At&t said they would bring back 5000 jobs if we let them merge with t-mobile. Why can’t they bring the jobs back anyway? shows how much they give a crap about employing americans.
@Robert: I see you don’t have to pretend at all. It seems to come very natural for you.

I have Quicken’s MEM but it’s got some serious flaws. It’s way better than nothing but not what I need. For example, you cannot enter a yearly cap that the insurance company will pay. You cannot pull a report by payment date, only by service date. The mileage tracker is whacked. It’s got a bunch of stuff that is totally unnecessary and it has a rather difficult interface. I have used it since January of 2007 when my Father was diagnosed with lymphoma – since then he’s been thru chemo, broken his hip, had 3 surgeries & spent time in a nursing home. I’ve used it a lot. I have used Quicken for personal finance and find that interface to be ok, although I do prefer Microsoft’s Money.

I have heard about a product released in 2003 called Medical Expense Wizard, and SimoHealth’s software but both of these companies seem to have disappeared.

There seems to be nothing else out there. I would pay a couple of hundred dollars for it if there’s one out there.

Sorry – forgot to mention I’m very well versed in computers – used to be how I earned my living. I’ve done all the basic & some not so basic searches. Even worked out a fancy spreadsheet but it just wasn’t adequate in dealing with 3 insurance companies.

if i buy an unlocked at&t cell phone to use with Tmobile will i get better service/signal??

I’d like to apply for a cell phone tower to be put on my property, and I would like the application process for Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon. Thanks.
