They claim to be hiring for inbound call service representatives, paying .00+ a hr. They have postings on craigslist which redirect you to their website will you fill out a form to have them call you. Is this legit? Ha anyone ever heard of them before? Verizon voice wing claims their VOIP service is the best. Well I disagree, I can receive incoming calls but cannot make outgoing calls, for the last one month. I called the customer service department several times. Everytime customer reps said you will get your service very soon, we are working on it……1 day, 1 week and now 1 month has passed by but there has been no response. I felt they have a very lousy service and the quality of service is very poor. When I call them, service reps do not connect to technical support department. It is very frustrating to pay bills and not get the service. This is the second month that I paid my bill and did not get my service. They refused to refund the money back for the service I have not used and they do not tell by when my phone will be up and running. How should I deal with this problem other than getting a new service. Ofcourse they have cancellation fee!! Will appreciate the input. Thanks.

i have a pepteller epabx (px310) which was intalled in my office 4 years ago….since i shifted my office i did not feel to intall it again but now i need it to be installed…..when i connected the machine to the telephone lines……

1. only the first extention offers 0 dialling.
2. outgoing calls can’t be made at all.

i am sure that the connections are made correct…..only the third line is not working because of fuse failure.

the incoming calls can be trasferred as normal but when i try to make outgoing calls, it seems to be engaged.

do i require to have any online support from the company if yes what is the no. and if no then how can the problem be solved….kindly guide.
is there any online kind of procedure to go with……

I’m in saudi.but my girlfriend in sri lanka.sometimes i’m trying to call her phone.My phone showing Number Busy or waiting.If i ask from her you receive any calls or you try to call somebody.then she is saying no.But i’m feeling she’s telling lie.Is there any methods to know how many incoming calls & outgoing calls coming to her mobile.(if i can find Date,Time & phone nos it’s better).She is using MOBITEL sim card. Please help me to solve this problem.

Every time i make outgoing calls it hangs up about 25 seconds into it. Although i haven’t tried to see how long incoming calls last. Is there something wrong with my app/phone.. or is it just the app?

I have broadband connection and don’t know how I can use an answering machine software, such as CallWave or any other, to record incoming calls on my computer.

I had no problem when I had dial-up connection because calls went straight to the computer and got recorded. What do I need to have in order to be able to get incoming calls identified and recorded by an answering machine or caller ID on my computer when I have broadband or DSL? And how much does it cost?

I can get incoming calls and I can text when trying to make outgoing call rings about 2 times then says welcome to verizon wireless…..but people can call me and I can text I have rebooted my phone and this not help it wiped out all my contacts which I knew it would but I saved all my info to memory card and its not bringing info up

I just purchased the Samsung Prevail, the next day I couldn’t get any incoming calls. I have called the company to try to trouble shoot the problem. But no luck, Tech is supposed to call me. Which is a joke because of the incoming call issue. Need help, losing business : (
