Our DSL is about to expire and we travel a fair amount of the time. Is it possible to use our laptop and a cell phone to connect to the internet? Who are some providers, how expensive is it? How reliable is it?

I have a laptop and its first battery only lasted me a year before dieing permanently. I have a new battery now, and want to know what to do so it will last longer. Should I let the battery die every so often? Is it true that "overcharging" the battery is bad? Please let me know

I have my activation on on my cell phone and my bluetooth is activated on my laptop. I can transfer from my laptop to my cell phone but not from my cell phone to my laptop. My computer says it’s receiving and my cell says it’s sending but nothing ever transfers – it just stays at 0% the whole time. Can someone help me figure it out?

My grandmother recently got rid of a laptop and still has the wireless router hooked up to her PC.
I have a wire going from the cable modem into the router and anoother ethernet wire going from the router to the PC.
If i disconnect the router from the computer and plug in the regular ethernet cable from the modem to the computer it says "limited or no connectivity"
I can’t disconnect the wireless network without disconnecting my whole PC from the internet. Someone please tell me a way I can do this without disconnecting the internet from my PC and getting the wireless router out of the computer to take it somewhere else.

My laptop’s getting old. Saw a great deal on an HP all-in-one business PC. And HP is my preferred brand anyway. Anybody have comments, thoughts or suggestions one way or the other?
