I just got an iPhone and I want to add some other text message alert tones to it cuz the ones that come with the phone are lame. I bought one on itunes but it transferred it to my ipod not the message part?…. Anyone iphone savvy and can tell me how to do this?

I have the env 2. I broke it a couple days ago and I need to send someone a text. I don’t know theyre number by heart so I’d need to go to contacts first. I know that I need to :

Left soft key (On the inside)
Type "Nik" to get to my friend.
Press left soft key again.

That’s it. Can someone try to send a text message like that on their phone and write down the rest of the steps? Thanks

Whenever I get a text message alert on my Samsung Reality, the phone vibrates 3 times. How do I make it only vibrate once when I get a text?

My wife wants the blackberry to do what her old phone did and display a clear message that says "You have a text message from 555 555 5555" on it.

I have a Verizon Motorola Droid. When you send a text message to someone that does NOT have Verizon or another Droid and you go over the 160 character limit, does it send it in more than one message? Does it just cut off whatever went over? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
